Opening Reception

Join us for an opening wine tasting reception, with tasting stations highlighting some of BC’s best local wines and some great snack pairings! You will be provided with 2 "tasting" tickets to sample some of the local winery offerings, and you are welcome to purchase additional tickets. It’s bound to be a beautiful evening, so please make sure you have a chance to enjoy the Garden Patio, located just outside the restaurant. You do not need to purchase tickets for this event. Reception at the Vancouver Aquarium
Starting 7:30 pm

Please meet in the lobby starting at 7pm if you would like to take the shuttle to the Aquarium; you are also welcome to walk, as it is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Your ticket entitles you to one complimentary drink. There will also be a dolphin show, musical entertainment, and some great tapas! Please not that you must purchase tickets for this event; a small number of additional tickets at $25 each are available at the registration desk.

Gala Dinner

The gala dinner will be a true celebration of the meeting! There will be dancing to the beats of a Cuban band, and menu choices for all palates. There will be a stand up reception in Bayshore DEF from 7pm – 8pm, with the doors opening at 8pm for dinner. Please note that you must purchase tickets for this event; a small number of additional tickets at $60 each are available at the registration desk.
